Acting Deputy Commander of the General Fire Force for Civil Defense, Brigadier Omar Bursali, affirmed that professional training constitutes the foundation for enhancing the force’s personnel efficiency and ensuring their readiness, emphasizing the importance of combining theoretical qualification with field application to prepare members capable of meeting operational demands.
This statement came during an inspection visit by Bursali to the headquarters of the Education and Training Institute Administration in the Kabd area, to review the progress of new military courses for officers and non-commissioned officers, and to monitor training programs, as well as the readiness and discipline levels of its personnel.
Bursali was accompanied during the visit by the Director of the Education and Training Institute Administration, Brigadier Hamad Muhammad Budastur, and several senior commanders and officers of the force, who observed field and military training programs and theoretical lectures.
Bursali stated that “direct observation of the programs’ progress enables us to assess performance levels and develop plans in line with field operational requirements.” He added that participants in these courses represent the backbone and future of the force, reaffirming the leadership’s commitment to providing a comprehensive training environment that integrates both theoretical and practical aspects.
