Al-Mashari: Accelerate Completion of South Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential Project According to Approved Plans

Sultan Al-Abdan: State Minister for Municipal Affairs and State Minister for Housing Affairs, Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, stressed the need to accelerate the pace of completion of the South Sabah Al-Ahmad residential project in accordance with approved plans, while adhering to technical specifications and standards to ensure the project’s completion and achieve the desired housing objectives.

In a press statement made during his visit to the South Sabah Al-Ahmad project on Monday, accompanied by the Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, Eng. Rashid Al-Anzi, Al-Mutairi said that continuous field follow-up and coordination among relevant authorities, contractors, and consultants are essential to address challenges that may arise during implementation and to ensure the completion of infrastructure and service works.

Al-Mutairi reviewed the progress of field works under contracts for preparing infrastructure for residential plots, buildings, and public services, and listened to detailed briefings from officials and supervising engineers on the latest developments in implementation and completion percentages across various components of the project.
