Commercial Bank Holds Corporate Governance Training for New Employees

The Commercial Real Estate Company organized a training course for new employees at its headquarters, titled “Corporate Governance and Its Applications in the Company.” This initiative stems from the company’s commitment to strengthening a culture of governance and reinforcing principles of transparency, integrity, and accountability among employees, in line with directives from the Capital Markets Authority, enhancing the work environment, and improving institutional performance efficiency.

The course, delivered by Mansour Kamal, Director of Governance and Compliance, covered several key topics related to corporate governance rules. It began with an introductory overview of the concept of governance and its importance, followed by a review of governance regulations outlined in Chapter Fifteen of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority. The session also highlighted major developments and best practices in governance at both local and international levels, along with their practical applications within the Commercial Real Estate Company. The course witnessed extensive participation and engagement from attendees, aiming to deepen their understanding of governance requirements and their practical implementation.
