Ministry of Islamic Affairs: Enhancing Knowledge and Values Among Youth

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs launched yesterday, Monday, the “Educational Bus and Instilling Islamic Values” program, implemented by the Ministry’s Rehabilitation and Evaluation Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, as part of the Islamic Affairs Ministry’s efforts to consolidate Islamic values, spread religious and cultural awareness, and foster positive behavior among youth through educational initiatives that contribute to building a generation capable of making positive contributions to the service of its society and country.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Sulaiman Al-Suwailim emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to integrating efforts among state institutions and unifying educational and awareness initiatives in raising children, noting that Islamic values are morals that youth should embody and behaviors practiced in daily life.

He stressed the continuous work aimed at enabling the program to enhance students’ knowledge and values, improve their behavior, reinforce respect for others and a sense of responsibility, thereby supporting the development of a balanced personality equipped to contribute to serving society and the nation.

He clarified that the “Educational Bus” program covers religious, educational, psychological, social, and digital topics focused on consolidating Islamic values and noble ethics, fostering positive behavior among students, and raising their awareness of issues affecting their daily lives through interactive activities and lectures that address their needs and connect values and concepts to real-life situations.
