The official spokesperson for the coalition forces, the “Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen,” Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, announced that two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi terrorist militia toward the cities of Taif and Yanbu were intercepted and destroyed.
In this context, the Saudi Civil Defense issued successive statements confirming that the threat had passed over the areas of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Taif, Jeddah, and Yanbu, shortly after an alert was issued by the National Early Warning Platform for Emergency Situations in those regions.
