Continuing its leadership in attracting and developing national talent and empowering Kuwaiti youth, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the fifth edition of the “Waditi 2026” (My Job 2026) exhibition, held at the Arena – Grand Hyatt Kuwait, under the patronage and attendance of the Minister of State for Youth and Sports Affairs, Dr. Tariq Al-Jalahma.
KFH’s participation underscores its pioneering role in supporting Kuwaiti youth and broadening their horizons to explore career opportunities and pathways available in the banking sector and the labor market, while also attracting graduates, experienced professionals, and outstanding talents, in line with its strategy of investing in national human capital. KFH’s involvement carries particular significance given its success in achieving a high Kuwaitization rate of 83% of its total workforce, reflecting its firm commitment to providing an attractive and motivating work environment for national talent and developing their professional and leadership capabilities.
A specialized team from KFH’s Human Resources Department was present throughout the exhibition to engage directly with job seekers and graduates, answer their inquiries regarding available career opportunities and professional pathways within the bank, and highlight the work environment, benefits, and training and development programs offered by the bank to prepare and equip national talent. The team also provided guidance and counseling to applicants on recruitment procedures and application requirements, helping them explore career opportunities that align with their qualifications and professional aspirations in the banking sector.
The exhibition brought together a select group of leading institutions and companies in Kuwait to empower youth, support their professional development, and highlight available career and professional opportunities across various sectors. The objectives of the “Waditi 2026” exhibition align with KFH’s strategy to promote a culture of employment in the private sector and reinforce young people’s conviction about the importance of their role in achieving sustainable economic development, in harmony with the state’s developmental vision and the requirements of the coming phase.
In collaboration with the Public Authority for Manpower, the exhibition helped motivate Kuwaiti youth to explore career opportunities in the private sector by highlighting its advantages and the professional development opportunities it offers, while correcting misconceptions related to job security, thereby contributing to enhancing the participation of national cadres in various economic sectors.
The exhibition featured participation by more than 120 companies representing 14 vital sectors, and included a comprehensive program of professional meetings, direct job interviews, and developmental workshops aimed at preparing Kuwaiti youth and equipping them with the practical and behavioral skills necessary to achieve success and excellence in the modern work environment.
