Minister of Social Affairs visits the 'Disabled Affairs' Authority and reviews transaction procedures and service levels

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Hadi Al-Hawila, paid an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, where she was received by the Authority’s Director General, Dr. Dalal Dhafer Al-Othman, and the deputies of the Authority’s sectors.

The visit aimed to monitor the progress of work, review the procedures for processing transactions, and assess the level of services provided to clients, as well as to identify the key challenges and problems facing the Authority’s sectors, and to work on overcoming obstacles and finding appropriate solutions. These efforts contribute to developing institutional performance, enhancing work efficiency, and accelerating the processing of transactions.

The visit underscored the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation among the various sectors, and of continuing to follow up on observations and proposals and working to address them, thereby ensuring an improvement in the quality of services provided to persons with disabilities and their families.
