Minister of Health Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi received the French Ambassador to Kuwait, Olivier Guivarch, in the presence of Assistant Undersecretary for Foreign Health Affairs Dr. Hisham Kalander, Director of the International Health Relations Department Dr. Rahab Al-Watyan, and from the French side, Economic Counselor and Head of the Economic Section at the Embassy, Bernard Hirschberger.
The meeting discussed the distinguished bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly French Republic, as well as ways to enhance cooperation in health sectors, exchange expertise and knowledge, thereby contributing to supporting the development of health services and keeping pace with developments in this field.
Both sides also emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and communication, building on the close ties between the two countries, to open broader horizons for health cooperation and serve mutual interests.
