Meanwhile, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the continuation of their operations against the Houthi terrorist militia in Marib. In a statement, the Armed Forces’ Media Center said that its forces, backed by popular resistance, continued combat operations against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia along the fronts of Marib Governorate, inflicting losses on the militia in terms of equipment and personnel.
Specifically, units of the Yemeni Armed Forces conducted combat and offensive operations in the Sixth and Seventh operational theaters on the Northern Front, targeting the rebel militia’s positions, fortifications, and capabilities along the lines of confrontation, with the participation of artillery and drone forces.
On the Southern Front, units of the Yemeni Armed Forces in the Third Military Region theater engaged in fierce battles with the terrorist militia, repelling their attacks. Artillery and missile forces targeted Houthi militia concentrations and fortifications, successfully destroying and damaging the militia’s ammunition, artillery, and rocket launchers.
In a subsequent statement, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the continuation of combat operations against the Houthi terrorist militia in Al-Jawf Governorate. They stated that they were engaged in fierce battles, backed by popular resistance, against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia in Al-Jawf as part of the “Yemen Dawn” operations. The Armed Forces attacked Houthi militia positions and fortifications in the southeastern fronts of Al-Jawf Governorate in the Sixth Military Region, inflicting casualties and equipment losses on the militia. Artillery and drone forces targeted militia barracks and concentrations, successfully damaging and destroying combat vehicles.
According to the statement, combat aircraft conducted airstrikes in recent hours targeting Houthi militia warehouses, centers, and concentrations in the governorate.
