His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, chaired a meeting on strengthening supply and export chains. During the meeting, the measures and plans in place to ensure the continuous flow of energy supplies and essential goods, and to enhance the food security system, were discussed, alongside exploring strategic options to diversify transport and export routes and developing alternative logistical solutions under various circumstances.
Attending the meeting were Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment and Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority Sheikh Dr. Meshal Al-Jaber, Acting Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan Sheikh Khaled Al-Mohammad Al-Khaled, Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Sheikh Nawaf Al-Saud, and Managing Director of the Public Authority for Investment Sheikh Saud Salem Al-Abdulaziz.
