Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, affirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the face of attacks targeting its security and sovereignty. According to Al Arabiya News, the Jordanian Crown Prince stated that “Saudi Arabia’s security is Jordan’s security,” emphasizing that Jordan’s position is firm and that it has stood, and will continue to stand, by its brothers in all circumstances. He added, “May God have mercy on the victims, heal the injured, and protect Saudi Arabia and its beloved people from all evil and harm.”

For his part, Pakistani Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif stated that the “Mecca Peace Agreement” represents a historic milestone in achieving peace, unity, and stability in the region. He stressed that, under the “Mecca Defense Agreement,” Islamabad stands shoulder to shoulder with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to defend its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, according to Al Arabiya News.

Sharif also affirmed, during his meeting in Islamabad with the first secretary-general of the “Mecca Defense Alliance,” retired Major General Numan Mahmood, that Pakistan fully supports Saudi Arabia’s legitimate right to self-defense, reiterating Islamabad’s firm and steadfast commitment to protecting the Kingdom’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security.

For his part, Mahmood briefed the Pakistani Prime Minister on the strategy aimed at enhancing defense and strategic cooperation within the framework of the “Mecca Defense Agreement.”

Meanwhile, the Qatari Cabinet renewed its strongest condemnation of the repeated attacks by the Houthi militia on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, describing them as a serious violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and a direct threat to regional security, as well as to civilians, civilian objects, and air navigation.

The Qatari News Agency (QNA) reported that this came during the regular meeting held by the Cabinet at the Diwan Amiri, presided over by Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. The Cabinet affirmed Qatar’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for the Kingdom in all legitimate measures taken to preserve its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and interests. It stressed that the security of the Kingdom is an integral part of Qatar’s security and the collective security system of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.

The Muslim World League strongly condemned the continued criminal aggression by the Houthi militia against Saudi Arabia, deliberately targeting civilians and civilian sites, which resulted in the injury of four civilians and damage to residential homes. In a statement by the League’s General Secretariat, Secretary-General and President of the Council of Senior Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, denounced these treacherous terrorist attacks, which violate all religious values, international laws, and humanitarian norms, and underscore the criminal approach of this terrorist militia in deliberately targeting civilians and civilian objects.

In the same context, the Republic of Korea affirmed its solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both government and people, following the recent bloody attacks launched by the Houthis on civilian facilities in the Kingdom, and called for an immediate halt to such acts.

The Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement yesterday: “We strongly condemn the recent attacks launched by the Houthis targeting civilian facilities, including King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.” It emphasized that attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure are absolutely unacceptable, calling for an immediate cessation of these hostile acts. It affirmed that peace and stability in the Middle East are important to the international community, including Korea, in terms of global supply chains and energy security, and expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims.
