The Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen announced its interception and destruction of additional Houthi terrorist attacks targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while the Civil Defense confirmed responding to missile debris falling in multiple locations, particularly in Riyadh.

Coalition spokesperson Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki stated that a ballistic missile and a cruise missile launched by the Houthi terrorist militia toward Riyadh were intercepted and destroyed.

In parallel, the Civil Defense in Riyadh responded to the fallout of ballistic missile debris after it was intercepted and destroyed following its launch by the Houthi terrorist militia. According to the official spokesperson for the Saudi Civil Defense, the incident resulted in the injury of a resident of Arab nationality and limited material damage to a residential home and a vehicle. Standard procedures for such cases were implemented.

Previously, the spokesperson stated that the Civil Defense in Riyadh responded to the fallout of two cruise missiles after they were intercepted and destroyed following their launch by the Houthi terrorist militia. The incident resulted in four injuries, including two women, one man, and one child, as well as limited material damage to 15 residential homes.

Additionally, a senior source in the Ministry of Energy stated that late the day before yesterday, an administrative building belonging to Saudi Aramco in Dammam, in the Eastern Province, was targeted, resulting in a limited fire. The source clarified that competent authorities responded to the incident and took necessary measures, confirming that no injuries or fatalities occurred.

It is recalled that the Coalition for Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen announced the day before yesterday the execution of a "distinctive military operation" to neutralize vital sources supplying the war effort of the Houthi terrorist militia.

The Coalition spokesperson stated that it has been confirmed by the Joint Forces Command that the terrorist militia is using civilian assets and vital resources to fuel its war effort. These include the Al-Sabahah Central Station in Sana’a, underground fuel reserve warehouses, fuel tanks, and docks designated for the transfer and unloading of fuel in Hodeidah, Sana’a, and Dhamar. The Houthi terrorist militia uses these sites to directly support its terrorist military operations and deprive the Yemeni people of resources that should legitimately be dedicated to meeting their needs.

He added, "The Houthi terrorist militia has fully utilized these sites to support its war effort by fueling its arsenal of missiles and drones that threaten the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and endanger the safety of airports, ports, and commercial vessels in the Red Sea. This has significantly contributed to executing hostile attacks against civilians and civilian assets, as well as planning imminent attacks against civilian targets in the Kingdom and against commercial vessels in international waterways."

He emphasized that this operation "focused on neutralizing the capabilities of the Houthi militia used to threaten the Kingdom, Yemen, and the southern Red Sea and waterways. The Coalition forces reaffirmed their strict adherence to international humanitarian law and took all possible precautions to avoid causing incidental casualties or damage to civilians during the planning and execution of this operation."
