Three Violations Issued and Four Warnings Given in Al-Jahra Governorate

The Public Relations Department announced that the Engineering Audit and Follow-up Administration in Al-Jahra Governorate conducted field inspections by supervisory teams regarding construction violations related to residential, commercial, industrial, and private investment properties, taking all necessary supervisory measures against violators and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and systems.

It was confirmed that the first field tour in Al-Jahra Governorate, carried out by the specialized supervisory team that conducted on-site inspections of several areas and locations where violations were identified, resulted in issuing three violation notices for unauthorized commercial exploitation beyond permitted boundaries and issuing four warnings for construction violations involving storage facilities outside property limits, consisting of fixed rooms in the Umghara area.

The Administration noted that the first tour would be followed by several additional field tours across all governorates according to a schedule prepared by the Public Relations Department team in coordination with the relevant administrations to carry out these tours over the coming weeks.
