The Public Authority for Housing Welfare organized an introductory workshop titled “Adaa: A Project for Excellence and Professionalism” in collaboration with the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha), aiming to introduce the “Adaa” project and highlight the importance of implementing the Code of Professional Conduct.
The Authority stated that the workshop, attended by the Acting General Manager of the Authority, Eng. Rashid Al-Anzi, and several of its senior officials, is part of its commitment to strengthening the culture of professional conduct and entrenching the principles of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in the work environment, thereby contributing to enhancing institutional performance and developing the capabilities of its employees.
It noted that the workshop, presented by the Awareness and Education Supervisor at Nazaha, Dr. Hussein Al-Sabbagha, covered the key aspects related to the Code of Professional Conduct and its role in reinforcing professional values and promoting adherence to professional regulations and behaviors, which contributes to improving the work environment and elevating performance levels.
The Authority clarified that it has made significant progress in implementing the provisions of the Code as part of its efforts to enhance concepts of integrity, transparency, and professional excellence among its employees.
It added that, in collaboration with Nazaha, it has met the monthly requirements for the Bronze Phase of the “Adaa” project by distributing a survey to measure employees’ awareness of the Code of Professional Conduct and implementing several awareness campaigns aimed at spreading the culture of professional conduct.
The Authority mentioned that it has prepared internal training courses within the 2026/2027 training season targeting executive and supervisory categories to enhance awareness of professional conduct principles and develop professional skills, noting that registration for these courses is conducted through the electronic documentary cycle in the Human Resources system.
The Housing Authority emphasized its efforts to fulfill all necessary requirements to successfully pass the Bronze Phase of the “Adaa” project with distinction, paving the way for transitioning to the Silver Phase next year, reflecting its commitment to developing its employees’ capabilities, enhancing awareness of professional conduct principles and the institutional work system, and strengthening the culture of integrity and professionalism.
