Egypt Condemns Attack on King Khalid Airport in Riyadh

Egypt condemned on Saturday the attacks on Saudi Arabia that targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and a Saudi Arabian Airlines flight.
In a statement, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized Egypt’s complete rejection of the attacks, describing them as a blatant violation of international law, and affirmed its full solidarity with the Kingdom in all measures it takes to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens.
The statement stressed that such assaults and the targeting of air navigation undermine international and regional security and stability.
Egypt expressed its sincere condolences and sympathies to the Kingdom, both government and people, and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
Saudi Arabia had announced on Friday that three Saudi nationals were killed and several citizens and residents of various nationalities were injured in two attacks targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
