Fire Department participates in World Mental Health Day events

The General Fireforce participated in the events of the 2026 World Mental Health Day, organized by the Kuwait Center for Mental Health on Thursday, the 8th, under the theme “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” held in the multi-purpose hall of the center’s main building. The events included an exhibition, educational lectures, and specialized workshops, with the participation of several experts and mental health enthusiasts, aiming to raise community awareness of the importance of mental health and highlight lived experiences by amplifying the voices of those who have experienced them, thereby contributing to a positive shift in societal perceptions of mental health. The General Fireforce’s participation aligns with its commitment to supporting awareness and community initiatives and promoting a culture of mental health care, driven by its social responsibility and its interest in reinforcing concepts of awareness, support, and collaboration with relevant authorities and institutions.
