Deputy Minister of Electricity Discusses with Belgian Ambassador Strengthening Cooperation in Energy, Water, and Sustainable Infrastructure

The Deputy Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Adel Al-Zamil, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Kuwait, Christian Domaz. During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of energy, water, and sustainable infrastructure, as well as follow up on the discussions held during the Belgian economic delegation’s visit to Kuwait in April 2025, along with opportunities to leverage Belgian expertise in the Ministry’s priority projects. The two sides also reviewed developments regarding the preparation of a framework memorandum of understanding between the governments of the two countries, in preparation for the upcoming visit of the Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs in November.
