Foreign Minister Discusses with UN Official Efforts to Locate Missing Kuwaitis and Recover Kuwaiti Property

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber received Ms. Mary Yamashita, the High Representative of the UN Secretary-General for implementing Security Council Resolution 2792 (2025) on following up on the file of missing Kuwaitis and third-country nationals and the return of Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives, during her official visit to the State of Kuwait. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the meeting discussed efforts aimed at making tangible progress in the search for missing Kuwaitis and third-country nationals, determining their fate, and recovering Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives.
