Foreign Minister Discusses Kuwaiti Missing Persons Case and National Archives with UN Official

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber received today, Thursday, Mary Yamashita, the UN Secretary-General’s High Representative for implementing Security Council Resolution 2792 (2025) concerning the follow-up on the file of Kuwaiti missing persons and third-country nationals, and the return of Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives, during her official visit to the State of Kuwait.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the meeting discussed efforts aimed at achieving tangible progress in the search for Kuwaiti missing persons and third-country nationals, determining their fate, and recovering Kuwaiti property, including the National Archives.
