Fire Department: Closure of 113 violating establishments in 'Al-Asimah' and 'Hawalli'

The General Fireforce announced that it conducted an inspection campaign in the Capital Governorate, aimed at identifying buildings and facilities that violate safety and fire prevention regulations. In a press statement, the Fireforce added that the campaign, carried out on Tuesday evening, resulted in the administrative closure of 90 facilities and the issuance of notices and warnings to 208 others, due to their failure to comply with the General Fireforce’s requirements.

In a related development, the General Fireforce conducted an inspection campaign in the Hawalli Governorate, also targeting buildings and facilities that violate safety and fire prevention regulations. The campaign led to the administrative closure of 23 facilities, the issuance of notices and warnings to 61 others, and the documentation of 69 violations, all due to non-compliance with the General Fireforce’s requirements.
