Al-Mutawa to 'Social Affairs' Leaders: Serving the Nation, Speed of Execution, and Client Service Are Priorities

The Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, held a meeting with senior officials of the ministry, emphasizing the importance of upholding integrity and responsibility and working with a spirit of teamwork. She stressed that serving the nation and achieving the public interest must be the foundation of everyone’s performance.

Addressing the senior officials, Al-Huwail said, “Keep God in your thoughts in your work, and my door is open to you to address any obstacles hindering operations. I am ready to work and cooperate with you in any department or sector to serve the best interests of the ministry and its clients.”

She underscored the need to prioritize clients and expedite the processing of their cases, enhance cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, remove administrative bottlenecks that delay beneficiaries’ interests, and adhere to the laws and regulations governing work.

Al-Huwail directed that regular meetings be held with senior officials to monitor operational progress, and that she be provided with regular statistics and reports detailing the volume of achievements and completed tasks, alongside clear plans and strategies for each sector linked to specific timelines and measurable indicators.

She also stressed the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems, which will contribute to simplifying procedures, reducing processing times, improving performance efficiency, and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens and clients.
