Warba Bank Concludes Second Cohort of 'Ignite Leadership' Program for Leadership Development

Worqa Bank concluded the second cohort of the “Ignite Leadership” program for leadership development, aimed at empowering and enhancing the leadership capabilities of employees across various departments of the bank. This initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to developing its human resources and fostering a supportive work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.

The program is part of Worqa Bank’s strategic efforts to nurture and develop leadership by offering specialized programs that integrate learning, executive training, and leadership development. An Integrated Leadership Development Program

The “Ignite Leadership” program ran for one month and included a series of developmental activities and interactive sessions, along with two intensive training days at the end of the program. These sessions focused on developing leadership skills and capabilities and enhancing participants’ readiness to assume future leadership responsibilities.

The second cohort saw the participation of 20 employees from various departments of Worqa Bank, reflecting the bank’s interest in providing development opportunities for its staff and strengthening a culture of continuous learning and development within the workplace.
