UAE President Discusses Strengthening Cooperation and Regional Developments with Italian Prime Minister

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, President of the United Arab Emirates, held a telephone conversation yesterday with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to discuss various avenues of cooperation and joint efforts between the two countries and ways to enhance them, particularly in economic and developmental fields within the framework of the strategic partnership that unites them. The Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported that both sides reaffirmed during the call their commitment to continuing to strengthen joint work to achieve the objectives of their strategic partnership, thereby bringing prosperity and development to their peoples. It added that the two sides reviewed a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on them, foremost among which were developments in the Middle East region and efforts to consolidate security and stability in the region and worldwide.
