Kuwait College of Science and Technology an educational partner in the launch conference of the 2026-2027 National Robotics Championship season

The Kuwait College of Science and Technology participated in the press conference marking the launch of the 2026-2027 Kuwait National Robotics Championship, held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the University of Kuwait, in its capacity as an educational partner for the championship. This participation underscores the college’s role in supporting digital and engineering skills among Kuwaiti youth and empowering them in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics.

Speaking at the conference, the college’s president, Professor Khaled Al-Baqain, said: “The Kuwait College of Science and Technology is honored to serve as an educational partner for this national robotics championship, which has become an important platform for inspiring creativity among Kuwaiti youth. It has also emerged as a model for collaboration between public and private educational institutions, supported by government entities in the country as well as the private sector. This year, the Kuwait College of Science and Technology is participating by providing technological expertise from specialized faculty members, through training the competing teams at the college’s facilities, as well as by taking part in the competition’s judging committees.”

The college reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its support for the championship and similar national initiatives, offering training workshops and technical assistance to participating teams to ensure their excellence across all tracks of the competition.
