Sultan Al-Abdan: The Ministry of Transport announced the activation of six new electronic services for its employees through the unified government electronic services application “Sahel,” in collaboration with the Diwan of Civil Service, as part of efforts to expand the digitization of services and facilitate the completion of government transactions.
The ministry clarified that the new services include issuing a functional grade certificate, issuing a “basic data” certificate for interested parties, issuing a detailed salary certificate, issuing a statement of functional and financial status, issuing a certificate of financial grade progression, and issuing a certificate of continued salary transfer.
The activation of these services comes within the ministry’s efforts to develop its electronic services and simplify procedures for employees, enabling them to obtain certificates and functional and financial data electronically, thereby saving time and effort without the need to visit relevant authorities to complete these transactions.
The ministry emphasized that making these services available through “Sahel” aligns with the direction of government entities toward enhancing digital transformation and improving the efficiency of provided services, as well as offering faster and easier electronic channels for completing transactions.
