Chief of Staff promotes officer to lieutenant: Working with sense of responsibility to serve the nation

Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, conferred the rank of second lieutenant on an officer, in implementation of the Emir’s decree appointing him as an officer in the Kuwaiti Army. The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces stated in a press release that Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan emphasized that this appointment entails additional responsibilities and duties, wishing him success and prosperity in performing his tasks and obligations, and encouraging him to continue his contributions and work with a spirit of responsibility and dedication to serve the country with utmost competence and capability. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Defense, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Mashal.
