First Deputy PM Visits Retired Major General Abdullah Al-Faris to Inquire About His Health: 'Interior Ministry Proud of Its Retired Security Leaders'

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif visited retired Major General Abdullah Al-Fares at the hospital to inquire about his health, in recognition of his career and contributions as one of the founding figures of the Ministry of Interior, who helped build and develop the security institution through holding several leadership positions and his role in training generations of security personnel.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement that Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif listened during the visit to a briefing from the treating medical team regarding his health condition and the medical care provided to him.
According to the statement, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif expressed, on his own behalf and on behalf of all Ministry of Interior personnel, his wishes for Major General Abdullah Al-Fares to make a swift recovery and to enjoy continued health and well-being, emphasizing the Ministry’s pride in its retired security leaders and its commitment to their care and maintaining contact with them.
