Ministry of Transport Activates 6 New E-Services via 'Sahl'

The Ministry of Transport announced the activation of six new electronic services for its employees through the unified government electronic services application “Sahel,” in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau, as part of efforts to expand the digitization of services and facilitate the completion of government transactions.

The ministry clarified that the new services include the issuance of a job progression certificate, a certificate for interested parties (basic data), a detailed salary certificate, a statement of employment and financial status, a certificate of financial grade sequence, and a certificate of salary transfer continuity.

The activation of these services aligns with the ministry’s efforts to develop its electronic services and streamline procedures for employees, enabling them to obtain certificates and employment and financial data electronically, thereby saving time and effort without the need to visit relevant authorities to complete these transactions.

The ministry emphasized that making these services available through “Sahel” is in line with the direction of government entities toward enhancing digital transformation and improving the efficiency of provided services, by offering faster and easier electronic channels for completing transactions.
