Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Children’s Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, issued a decision to dissolve six charitable endowments.
Article Two of the decision, published in the official gazette “Kuwait Today,” stipulates that the funds of the dissolved endowments shall be transferred to the Ministry of Social Affairs following their liquidation, pending determination of the entity to which the funds will be allocated. Article Three provides that the decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the official gazette, with competent authorities instructed to implement its provisions.
