Boursali: Expanding cooperation horizons and exchanging expertise between Kuwait and UNIDO in food security, supply chains, and innovation

Our Ambassador to Austria, Fawaz Al-Bursali, presented his credentials as Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). In a statement to KUNA on Friday, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Vienna conveyed the ambassador’s affirmation, during his meeting with UNIDO Director-General Gerd Müller, of the importance of strengthening cooperation between Kuwait and the organization in areas of shared priority, in a manner that serves mutual interests and supports efforts toward sustainable industrial development. Al-Bursali emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two sides in several key areas, foremost among them food security, supply chains, innovation, and digital transformation, thereby contributing to development and enhancing capacities in these fields.
