Saqqaal emphasized, “We look forward to the coming stage with confidence and optimism, hoping to witness tangible and qualitative progress in the trajectory of economic relations between our two brotherly countries, commensurate with the depth of the fraternal and historical ties that unite Lebanon and Kuwait, which have always been a source of pride and honor for us in Lebanon.”
For his part, Ambassador Al-Sharji thanked Saqqaal for the meeting and the warm reception, affirming “the strength and durability of the fraternal relations uniting Kuwait and Lebanon” and pointing to “a shared will to elevate, develop, and nurture these relations to advanced levels.” He stressed “the importance of strengthening the ties between businessmen in Kuwait and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry with their counterparts in Lebanese chambers and the Lebanese-Kuwaiti Business Council, thereby contributing to an effective and tangible role in revitalizing Kuwaiti-Lebanese relations, particularly in economic, trade, and investment sectors.”
