Chief of Staff discusses military cooperation and matters of common interest with Finnish official

Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, held talks with Jarno Siriala, Deputy Minister for International Trade Affairs of the friendly Republic of Finland, on key issues of mutual interest. The General Staff of the Armed Forces stated in a press release that the discussions took place during Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan’s reception of the Finnish Deputy Minister for International Trade Affairs, during which they examined areas of military cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance and develop such cooperation to serve shared interests. Attending the meeting were Deputy Minister of Defense Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Mushaal, the Ambassador of the friendly Republic of Finland to Kuwait, Juha Mustonen, and several senior commanding officers of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces.
