Saudi Arabia Launches 'Comprehensive Package' for International Hajj Pilgrims

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the launch of the “Comprehensive Package” for international pilgrims for the Hajj season of 1448 AH. This package integrates essential services provided to pilgrims from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure, in coordination with all relevant entities, to enhance their experience and strengthen service integration throughout their stay.

The Ministry clarified that contracting for the package is completed electronically through the “Electronic Path” platform via a single request, streamlining procedures and organizing the contractual relationship between Hajj affairs offices, external Hajj agencies, and service providers, while improving the efficiency and transparency of contracting.

The package includes four main services: services at the Holy Sites, hospitality facilities in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, transportation, and catering, with the option to add supplementary optional services. This enables Hajj affairs offices and external agencies to design programs that meet the preferences of different pilgrim groups within a clear and flexible contractual framework.

The Ministry emphasized that the launch of the “Comprehensive Package” is part of its early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, reflecting the leadership’s continued care for the guests of Allah, and aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Service Program for the Guests of Allah.
