US President Donald Trump affirmed that Iran will not possess a nuclear weapon, stressing that the United States will achieve a “very soon victory” in its confrontation with Tehran.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump said the United States is achieving successes on both the military and economic fronts in its standoff with Iran, and he anticipated that oil prices would fall to their previous levels.

Regarding military operations, the US president noted that the option of resuming military strikes remains on the table, but he added, “Resuming military strikes is possible, but I simply do not want to say that.”
