Crown Prince's Representative Meets with Bangladesh's Prime Minister on Regional and International Developments

His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid, representing His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received the Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Tariq Rahman, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting took place at the permanent mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the eighty-first session of the UN General Assembly.

During the meeting, bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly People’s Republic of Bangladesh were discussed, along with ways to develop them in the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. The latest developments on the regional and international scenes were also addressed.

Attending the meeting were Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi; Ambassador Tariq Al-Banna, Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations; and Major General Ahmed Al-Duaiji, Director of the Crown Prince’s Office.
