The Amir's Representative met with the CEO of AI Scale to discuss cooperation in artificial intelligence applications and digital transformation.

His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, received Francis De Souza, Chief Executive Officer of the global company AI Scale, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting took place at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for joint cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence applications, big data, and digital transformation. They also reviewed ways to leverage advanced technological solutions to support and develop vital government and economic sectors in Kuwait, as well as to train and enhance the capabilities of national human resources in these areas.

Attending the meeting were Sheikh Jeraf Al-Jaber, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Dr. Mishal Al-Jaber, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi; Ambassador Tariq Al-Bunai, the Permanent Representative to the United Nations; and Lieutenant General Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Dai, Director of the Crown Prince’s Office.
