"Ein Jalut" brawl ends with a fractured jaw over a parking spot

A dispute over a parking spot on Ain Jalut Street in Al-Jahra escalated into a physical assault, resulting in one party suffering a fractured lower jaw and the filing of a “physical assault” case.

According to a security source told to Al-Anba, an individual residing in the country illegally reported to security authorities that he had been physically assaulted by a foreign worker of Arab nationality. The source clarified that the incident occurred in the parking area of one of the sports institutes on Ain Jalut Street.

The source added that the complainant presented a medical report detailing his injuries, which revealed a fracture at the angle of the right lower jaw. This injury led authorities to treat the incident as a case of physical assault. The source noted that initial information in the report indicated the dispute originated over a parking spot before escalating into a physical altercation between the two parties.

The source continued: The case was referred to the Public Prosecution, which ordered the Criminal Investigation Department to conduct inquiries into the circumstances and details of the incident and to determine liability. The case was registered as a felony of physical assault.
