Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Director General of the Joint Program Production Organization of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States (GCC), stated that the organization has collaborated with the “30 Challenge” program to produce seven special Gulf episodes in conjunction with the Gulf Arab Cup tournament. This initiative aligns with the organization’s strategy to leverage widely distributed digital programs to reach Gulf youth with content that blends entertainment and knowledge while reinforcing Gulf identity.
Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah explained that the episodes feature sports and cultural questions, alongside inquiries addressing the trajectory and achievements of Gulf cooperation across various fields. The goal is to introduce new generations to the bonds, shared identity, and common interests that unite GCC member states, presenting these themes in a youthful, competitive style suited to the nature of the program and its audience.
He added that the collaboration with “30 Challenge” is grounded in the program’s popularity and extensive digital presence among young people, noting that its viewership has reached millions across GCC countries, reflecting its wide reach and ability to connect with the Gulf audience.
He clarified that the seven episodes will be broadcast via digital platforms and YouTube, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to reaching youth on the platforms they frequent and conveying the concepts of Gulf cooperation and Gulf identity through modern, engaging content.
Concluding his statement, he said: “We want Gulf cooperation to be close to young people and present in the content they watch and engage with. We aim to harness the popularity of digital programs to entrench our Gulf identity and highlight the achievements and shared bonds of GCC member states in an entertaining and innovative manner.”
