Minister of Education and Deputy Minister Issue Transfer and Appointment Decisions for Several Supervisory Positions

Minister of Education Eng. Saad Jalal Al-Tabtabai and Undersecretary of Education Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid issued a series of transfer and assignment decisions covering several department directors, supervisors, and section heads across the ministry’s various sectors.

The Ministry of Education stated that these decisions are part of ongoing efforts to enhance administrative performance, support the ministry’s plans and programs, and complete the organizational procedures linked to the approved organizational structure. The measures aim to redistribute responsibilities and duties in line with the competencies of organizational units and operational needs, while making optimal use of national expertise and experience. This is intended to strengthen institutional performance, improve administrative efficiency, and foster greater fluidity and integration among sectors, thereby supporting the implementation of the ministry’s plans and programs in the coming phase. The decisions are as follows:

* Jasim Muhammad Taher Buhamad (Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department for the Hawally Educational Region – General Directorate of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative, Technical, and Financial Affairs) has been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department for the Ahmadi Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Muhammad Saad Falah Al-Adwani has been transferred from his position as Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department for the Ahmadi Educational Region – General Directorate of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs, to the position of Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region – General Directorate of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs.

* Musaid Muhammad Naif Muziri has been transferred from his position as Secondary Education Supervisor for the Mubarak Al-Kabir Educational Region to the position of Secondary Education Supervisor for the Jahra Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector. He has also been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original role.

* Ahmad Abdulaziz Nasser Khalid has been transferred from his supervisory position as Intermediate Education Supervisor for the Ahmadi Educational Region to the supervisory position of Intermediate Education Supervisor for the Hawally Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector. He has also been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department for the Hawally Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original role.

* Ibrahim Yusuf Al-Khadir, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department for the Ahmadi Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Sayed Muhammad Abdullah Al-Harbi, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department for the Mubarak Al-Kabir Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Mahmoud Abdul-Razzaq Ali Muhammad (Intermediate Education Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region) has been transferred to the same position within the Educational Affairs Department for the Farwaniya Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector. He has also been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department for the Farwaniya Educational Region – General Directorate of Educational Regions – Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original role.

* Yasra Faisal Dahesh Al-Atair, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Jahra Educational Region, has been transferred to the Capital Educational Region Guidance Supervision – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector. She has also been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to her original role.

* The assignment of Nawaf Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Mahbub, Head of the Secretariat Section – Public Relations and Educational Media Department, to perform the duties of Public Relations and Educational Media Supervisor for the Educational Regions – Public Relations and Educational Media Department – Minister of Education Sector, has been renewed, in addition to her original role.

* The assignment of Muhammad Sadiq Jaafar Al-Badri, Junior Media Researcher – Media and Journalism Section – Public Relations and Educational Media Department, to perform the duties of Head of the Electronic Publishing Section – Educational Media Supervision – Public Relations and Educational Media Department – Minister of Education Sector, has been renewed, in addition to his original role.

* Adila Abdul-Latif Sultan Al-Najdi, a school principal in the Ahmadi Educational Region, has been assigned to perform the duties of Secondary Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor for the Ahmadi Educational Region, in addition to her original role.

* Saadia Saad Mubarak Faraj, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Kindergarten Educational Affairs Supervisor for the Capital Educational Region, in addition to her original role.

* Amal Ayoub Yaqub Haidar, a Fine Arts Technical Instructor in the Jahra Educational Region, has been assigned to perform the duties of Kindergarten Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region, in addition to her original role.

* Mubarak Abdullah Mubarak Al-Khashab, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Secondary Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Mubarak Al-Kabir Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Muhammad Sharida Hasan Al-Anzi, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Intermediate Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Nuwar Awad Al-Rashidi, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Primary Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Hawally Educational Region, in addition to her original role.

* Ayman Abdul-Karim Amin Al-Ansari, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Intermediate Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Ahmadi Educational Region, in addition to his original role.

* Dalal Fahad Saad Al-Shammari, a school principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Primary Stage Educational Affairs Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department for the Jahra Educational Region, in addition to her original role.

* Nawaf Ali Hajji Bouzbar, a manager, has been assigned to perform the duties of Religious Institutes Affairs Supervisor – Religious Education Department, in addition to his original role.

* Hamad Fahad Yusuf Al-Ghanim, a Fine Arts Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Private Education Department, has been assigned to perform the duties of Fine Arts Guidance Supervisor for Private Education – Technical Guidance Department for Fine Arts, in addition to his original role.

* Azhari Nasser Jumaa Al-Husainan, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Hawally Educational Region, has been assigned to perform the duties of Hawally Guidance Supervisor – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education, in addition to her original role.

* Yusuf Muhammad Al-Haran, Head of the General Services Section – Ahmadi Educational Region Services Supervision, has been assigned to perform the duties of Head of the Adult Education Section – Examinations Supervision – Student Assessment and Evaluation Department – General Directorate of Assessment and Evaluation – Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original role.

* Badr Fuad Al-Shatti, an Arabic Language Instructor in the Mubarak Al-Kabir Educational Region, has been assigned to perform the duties of Head of the Awareness and Development Section at the Office for Gifted Students – Minister of Education Sector, in addition to his original role.

* Hessa Jasim Muhammad Arab, a Physical Education Technical Instructor in the Farwaniya Educational Region, has been transferred to the Physical Education Guidance Supervision for the Jahra Educational Region.

* Hanan Sahab Al-Mutairi, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Private Education Department, has been transferred to the Farwaniya Educational Region Guidance Supervision – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector.

* Tariq Ahmad Ali Al-Bunai, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Hawally Educational Region, has been transferred to the Ahmadi Educational Region Guidance Supervision – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector.

* Nadiya Badr Saeed Al-Mutairi, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Farwaniya Educational Region, has been transferred to the Religious Education and Special Education Guidance Supervision – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector.

* Mutib Mutaib Mutib Al-Mutairi, a Physical Education Technical Instructor – Technical Guidance for Subjects – Jahra Educational Region, has been transferred to the Mubarak Al-Kabir Educational Region Guidance Supervision – Technical Guidance Department for Physical Education – General Directorate of Guidance, Research, and Curricula – Educational Affairs Sector.

* Khalid Khalifa Jaber Al-Azmi has been transferred from his position as Intermediate Education Supervisor for the Hawally Educational Region to the position of Arabic Schools Supervisor – Educational Affairs Department – General Directorate of Private Education – Educational Affairs Sector.
