College of Engineering and Petroleum signs joint training program contract with Kuwait Gulf Oil Company

The College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company signed a training program agreement aimed at strengthening the partnership between the two parties in building national capabilities, thereby enhancing opportunities for joint work to effectively and sustainably achieve desired goals and keep pace with the latest developments in vocational training.

Acting Dean of the College of Engineering and Petroleum, Dr. Adel Mal Allah, stated in a press release that signing the training program agreement is a continuation of efforts to elevate the level of contribution to human capital investment, which is the foundation of the state’s development. He added that the university’s role extends beyond graduating students to include contributing to the preparation and development of national human resources in line with the requirements of the current phase.

Mal Allah praised Kuwait Gulf Oil Company’s cooperation in this regard and its commitment to investing in human capital, developing young national cadres, and preparing them for professional life, thereby helping to refine and enhance their expertise and skills.

For his part, Acting Assistant Dean for Planning, Consulting, and Training, Dr. Abdulazim Falah, said that the Office of Consulting and Training at the College of Engineering and Petroleum continues to fulfill its role by engaging with various state sectors and actively contributing to construction, development, and community service, leveraging its distinguished expertise.
