Az-Zubaidi Al-Nasser participates in World Pharmacist Day events at Al-Farwaniya Hospital

Al-Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Azubi Al-Nasser attended the World Pharmacist Day celebrations at Al-Farwaniya Hospital, reaffirming the governorate’s support for efforts to develop the healthcare system and enhance the quality of health and pharmaceutical services in the region.

He was welcomed by Dr. Ahmed Manawar Al-Saaid, Assistant Undersecretary of Health for Pharmaceutical and Food Control Affairs; Dr. Mohammed Al-Rashidi, Director of the Al-Farwaniya Health District; Dr. Ali Al-Mutairi, Director of Al-Farwaniya Hospital; Dr. Manal Al-Majoub, Head of the Pharmacy Department; and a number of healthcare and pharmacy leaders and staff.

The events included a field tour to highlight the vital role of the pharmacy sector’s departments and specialties within the healthcare system, as well as the importance of continuing to support pharmacy professionals and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical services.

At the conclusion of the event, officials from the Al-Farwaniya Health District expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Governor for his attendance and participation, recognizing his continuous support for the healthcare sector. They presented him with a commemorative plaque on this occasion.
