Bayan Group Confirms Its Banking Leadership with 10 Prestigious Awards from Global IFN
In a new global achievement and international recognition, reflecting the Group’s broad presence and distinction in financial and operational performance, as well as excellence and innovation in services and products, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group was awarded 10 prestigious honors by the global Islamic Finance News (IFN) Group, namely:
- Best Islamic Bank in Kuwait.
- Most Innovative Bank in Kuwait.
- Best Corporate Banking Services Bank in Kuwait.
- Best Investment Bank in Kuwait.
- Best Retail Banking Services Bank in Kuwait.
- Best Islamic Trade Finance Bank.
- IFN’s 2025 Murabaha Deal of the Year, awarded to Kuwait Finance House for its role as an issuer of Murabaha Sukuk within the additional first tranche of capital worth $850 million.
- IFN’s 2025 Sovereign and Multilateral Deal of the Year, awarded to Kuwait Finance House for its role in the main issuance of sovereign Sukuk for the local market worth EGP 3 billion in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- IFN’s 2025 Bahrain Deal, awarded for its participation as financing coordinator and investment agent for a Murabaha transaction on behalf of National Bank of Kuwait – Bahrain Branch, worth $300 million.
- IFN’s 2025 Kuwait Deal, awarded to BTK Capital for its participation as underwriter manager for a Sukuk issuance on behalf of Kuwait International Bank, with a total value of $300 million.
Faisal Al-Sari, Executive Director of Institutional Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, accepted the awards on behalf of Kuwait Finance House at the ceremony held in Dubai.
