Transfers and Appointments for Several Supervisory Positions in the "Ministry of Education"

In the context of the Ministry of Education’s continued efforts to develop administrative work and enhance performance efficiency, and to complete the organization of institutional work in accordance with the approved organizational structure of the Ministry, in line with the requirements of the upcoming phase and to strengthen the clarity of responsibilities and integration of roles among various sectors, Minister of Education Eng. Syed Jalal Al-Tabatabai and Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Khaled Al-Rashid issued a number of transfer and appointment decisions. These decisions covered several department directors, inspectors, and section heads across the Ministry’s various sectors.

The Ministry of Education emphasized that these decisions are a continuation of measures to develop administrative work and support the Ministry’s plans and programs, as well as the completion of organizational procedures related to the approved structure. They aim to redistribute responsibilities and tasks in accordance with the competencies of organizational units and operational needs, while making optimal use of national competencies and expertise. This contributes to enhancing institutional performance, raising administrative efficiency, achieving greater fluidity and integration among sectors, and supporting the implementation of the Ministry’s plans and programs in the coming phase.

The decisions are as follows:

1. Eng. Jasem Mohammed Taher Bu Hamad, Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department of the Hawalli Educational Zone (General Department of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Deputy Minister for Administrative, Technical, and Financial Affairs), is appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department of the Ahmadi Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

2. Mohammed Saad Faleh Al-Adwani is transferred from his position as Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department of the Ahmadi Educational Zone (General Department of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Deputy Minister for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs) to the position of Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department of the Jahra Educational Zone (General Department of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Deputy Minister for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs).

3. Mohammed Nayeef Madari is transferred from his position as “Secondary Education Inspector – Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone” to the position of “Secondary Education Inspector – Jahra Educational Zone (General Department of Educational Zones – Educational Affairs Sector). He is also appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department of the Jahra Educational Zone (General Department of Educational Zones – Educational Affairs Sector), in addition to his original duties.

4. Ahmed Abdulaziz Nasser Khaled is transferred from his supervisory position as “Intermediate Education Inspector – Ahmadi Educational Zone” to the supervisory position of “Intermediate Education Inspector – Hawalli Educational Zone (General Department of Educational Zones – Educational Affairs Sector). He is also appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department of the Hawalli Educational Zone (General Department of Educational Zones – Educational Affairs Sector), in addition to his original duties.

5. Ibrahim Youssef Al-Khodair, School Principal, is appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department of the Ahmadi Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

6. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harbi, School Principal, is appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

Mahmoud Abdulredha Ali Mohammed, Supervisor of Intermediate Education at the Educational Affairs Administration of the Jahra Educational Zone, has been transferred to the same position at the Educational Affairs Administration of the Farwaniya Educational Zone, under the General Administration of Educational Zones, Educational Affairs Sector, and has been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Administration of the Farwaniya Educational Zone, under the General Administration of Educational Zones, Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original duties.

Yusra Faisal Dehash Al-Atir, Physical Education Technical Supervisor in the Technical Supervision of Subjects at the Jahra Educational Zone, has been transferred to work as a Supervisor of Capital City Educational Supervision, within the Physical Education Technical Supervision Administration, under the General Administration of Supervision, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector, and has been assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Physical Education Technical Supervision Administration, under the General Administration of Supervision, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to her original duties.

The appointment of Nof Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Mahboub, Head of the Secretariat Department at the Public Relations and Educational Media Administration, has been renewed to perform the duties of Supervisor of Public Relations and Educational Media in Educational Zones, under the Public Relations and Educational Media Administration, Office of the Minister of Education, in addition to her original duties.

The appointment of Mohammed Sadiq Jafar Al-Badri, Junior Media Researcher at the Media and Journalism Department within the Public Relations and Educational Media Administration, has been renewed to perform the duties of Head of the Electronic Publishing Department, under the Educational Media Supervision, Public Relations and Educational Media Administration, Office of the Minister of Education, in addition to his original duties.

Aadila Abdul Latif Sultan Al-Najdi, School Principal in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Secondary Stage in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, in addition to her original duties.

Saadia Saad Mubarak Faraj, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for Kindergartens in the Capital City Educational Zone, in addition to her original duties.

Amal Ayoub Yaqoub Haider, Art Education Technical Supervisor in the Jahra Educational Zone, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for Kindergartens, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Jahra Educational Zone, in addition to her original duties.

Mubarak Abdullah Mubarak Al-Khashab, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Secondary Stage, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

Mohammed Sharida Hassan Al-Anzi, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Intermediate Stage, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Jahra Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

Nawir Awad Al-Rashidi, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Primary Stage, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Hawalli Educational Zone, in addition to her original duties.

Ayman Abdul Karim Amin Al-Ansari, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Intermediate Stage, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Ahmadi Educational Zone, in addition to his original duties.

Dalal Fahd Saad Al-Shamari, School Principal, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Educational Affairs for the Primary Stage, under the Educational Affairs Administration of the Jahra Educational Zone, in addition to her original duties.

Nawaf Ali Haji Bozbar, Director, has been assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Religious Institutes Affairs, under the Religious Education Administration, in addition to his original duties.

Hamad Fahad Yousef Al-Ghanim, Art Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Special Education Department, is assigned to perform the duties of Supervisor of Art Education Guidance for Special Education, Art Education Technical Guidance Department, in addition to his original duties.

Aathari Nasser Juma Al-Husseini, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Hawalli Education Zone, is assigned to perform the duties of Hawalli Guidance Supervisor, Physical Education Technical Guidance Department, in addition to her original duties.

Yousef Mohammed Al-Heran, Head of General Services Section, Ahmadi Education Zone Services Supervision, is assigned to perform the duties of Head of Adult Education Section, Examinations Supervision, Student Measurement and Evaluation Department, General Measurement and Evaluation Administration, Educational Affairs Sector, in addition to his original duties.

Mr. Bader Fouad Al-Shatti, Arabic Language Advisor, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Zone, is assigned to perform the duties of Head of Awareness and Development Section, Gifted Office, Minister of Education Sector, in addition to his original duties.

Hessa Jassim Mohammed Arab, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Farwaniya Education Zone, is transferred to work in Physical Education Guidance Supervision, Jahra Education Zone.

Hanan Sahab Al-Mutairi, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Special Education Department, is transferred to work in Farwaniya Education Zone Guidance Supervision, Physical Education Technical Guidance Department, General Administration of Guidance, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector.

Tariq Ahmed Ali Al-Banna, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Hawalli Education Zone, is transferred to work in Ahmadi Education Zone Guidance Supervision, Physical Education Technical Guidance Department, General Administration of Guidance, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector.

Nadia Bader Saeed Al-Mutairi, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Farwaniya Education Zone, is transferred to work in Religious Education and Special Education Guidance Supervision, Physical Education Technical Guidance Department, General Administration of Guidance, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector.

Mutab Mutlaq Mutab Al-Mutairi, Physical Education Technical Advisor, Subject Guidance, Jahra Education Zone, is transferred to work in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Education Zone Guidance Supervision, Physical Education Technical Guidance Department, General Administration of Guidance, Research and Curricula, Educational Affairs Sector.

Khalid Khalifa Jaber Al-Azmi is transferred from his position in Middle Education Supervision, Hawalli Education Zone, to the position of Arabic Schools Supervisor, Educational Affairs Department, Special Education General Administration, Educational Affairs Sector.
