Representative of His Highness the Crown Prince receives the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen

Representing His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, received Dr. Abdullah Al-Aleimi Al-Bawazir, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of the sister Republic of Yemen, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting took place at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the fraternal bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the sister Republic of Yemen were discussed, along with ways to develop them in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and their brotherly peoples. The latest regional and international developments were also discussed.

Attending the meeting were Sheikh Jeraah Al-Jaber, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi; Ambassador Tariq Al-Bunai, Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations; and Lieutenant General Ahmed Al-Dai, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince.
