Two African delivery workers arrested with 3 kg of shabu in Al-Mahbula

The General Directorate for Drug Control under the Ministry of Interior successfully apprehended two African nationals in possession of a large quantity of narcotics inside an apartment in the Mahbula district.

According to a security source speaking to Al-Anbaa, information was received by the Drug Control Investigation Department regarding two individuals from a West African country who were promoting and trafficking narcotics in the Mahbula district.

The source added: After verifying the information, the apartment was raided and the suspects were arrested with 3 kilograms of the narcotic substance Shabu. Upon interrogation, they confessed to trafficking narcotics.

The source continued: The suspects were referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation and to complete the legal procedures.
