34 safety warnings issued in Hawally Governorate

The Safety Department of the Kuwait Municipality in Hawally Governorate is continuing its awareness campaign, “Build, Don’t Destroy,” aimed at raising awareness of the importance of complying with the requirements and regulations governing construction, demolition, and renovation works, and emphasizing the need for proper handling of construction debris and waste. The campaign has resulted in the issuance of 34 safety warnings. It focuses on educating property owners and contractors on the necessity of transporting construction debris and waste to designated sites, and not leaving it in open areas, streets, or public places, as it disfigures the general appearance and obstructs movement. The campaign is part of the Kuwait Municipality’s efforts to strengthen oversight, reduce violations, and instill a culture of respect for the environment and public property.
