Criminal Court: Six defendants jailed in nationality forgery case

The ruling also ordered the defendants to repay the amounts obtained from the crime and imposed a fine equal to twice that amount. The incident involved a Kuwaiti defendant who conspired with several Gulf nationals to assume the status of his children and add them to his nationality file. Investigations revealed that the first defendant submitted applications to add the other defendants to his nationality file and provided false information to the relevant official, resulting in the issuance of Kuwaiti documents based on that inaccurate data.
