Foreign Ministry: Firm belief in the values of peace, dialogue, tolerance, and rejection of all forms of violence

Kuwait reaffirmed its firm belief in the values of peace, dialogue, and tolerance, and its rejection of violence in all its forms, as well as its steadfast commitment to a policy that prioritizes dialogue, de-escalation, and the settlement of disputes through peaceful means. In a statement marking the International Day of Peace, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that this stance stems from Kuwait’s commitment to the United Nations Charter and the principles of international law, and its contribution to enhancing security and stability, and building bridges of understanding and rapprochement among peoples. It further added that Kuwait reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting multilateral international efforts, strengthening cooperation and coordination with the United Nations and the international community, and backing initiatives aimed at safeguarding international peace and security and consolidating a culture of peace.
