Representative of His Highness: Highlighting Kuwait's pioneering and distinguished role in international forums and showcasing its civilized image

His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, represented by His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, met with the heads of the technical offices and members of the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, at the Permanent Mission’s headquarters in New York City.

His Highness conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, to the heads of the technical offices and members of the Permanent Mission, commending their sincere efforts in representing the State of Kuwait and defending its supreme interests.

Attendees at the meeting included Jassim Al-Bedaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council; Sheikh Dr. Meshal Al-Jaber, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi; Ambassador Sadiq Maqrifi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Organizations Affairs; Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States of America; Ambassador Tariq Al-Banna, Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations; Major General Ahmed Al-Duaiji, Director of the Crown Prince’s Office; and Counselor Abdullah Al-Obeidi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Minister’s Office Affairs.

In a separate meeting, His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, represented by His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, and in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, met with members of the supporting delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs participating in the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, at the Permanent Mission’s headquarters in New York.

His Highness conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, to the members of the supporting delegation. He also provided them with his directives to highlight the pioneering and distinguished role of the State of Kuwait in international forums and to showcase its civilized image. His Highness urged them to exert their best efforts in fulfilling their duties, thereby enhancing the reputation of their beloved homeland, and to leverage accumulated expertise to serve as the best ambassadors for Kuwait abroad. He wished them success and achievement.
