Al Ahli moves its Farwaniya branch to The Corner complex

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has announced the relocation of its Farwaniya branch to its new location at The Corner complex, where it will serve customers seven days a week. This move is part of the bank’s ongoing plans to enhance its branch network, improve the customer experience, and keep pace with developments in the banking industry.

The new Farwaniya branch will be the bank’s second branch to offer seven-day-a-week customer service, following the Khiran Mall branch. This provides customers with complete freedom and flexibility to conduct their banking transactions and ensures they receive the support they need at times that suit them, aligning with their expectations and reinforcing their confidence in the distinguished banking experience offered by the bank. It embodies the concepts of privacy, ease, and comfort in delivering modern banking services.

This step aims to provide innovative banking services in accordance with the highest quality standards to individual and corporate customers in one of Kuwait’s most vibrant areas.

The new branch at The Corner complex features a modern design that aligns with the bank’s vision for digital transformation and the integration of advanced technologies with direct interaction. It has also been equipped with the latest technologies to provide comprehensive and swift banking solutions for all customers.

On this occasion, Juhair Al-Ma’arifi, General Manager of Retail Banking Services at NBK, stated, “The relocation of the Farwaniya branch to The Corner complex represents a pivotal step in updating our branch network and establishing a presence in locations that enable customers to access our services and solutions seamlessly. This reflects our commitment to delivering a smooth and comprehensive banking experience that meets our customers’ expectations and keeps pace with the rapid developments in the banking sector.”

She added that this relocation is part of the bank’s continuous commitment to investing in its infrastructure and upgrading its branch network to provide an integrated environment that combines the ease of digital transactions with direct interaction with staff, thereby elevating customer satisfaction and consistently delivering added value.

Al-Ma’arifi concluded, “Operating this branch on all days of the week marks a tangible shift in how we engage with our customers, as we place their needs and schedules at the forefront of our priorities. We will continue our efforts to provide more flexible and innovative options that reinforce our leadership and solidify our customers’ trust in us as a reliable partner at all times.”
